Here are some photos from this weekend’s Winter Festival. It was a chilly -17 or so, with a west wind, but lots of people came down and had fun playing hockey, having chilli & hot dogs for lunch, and enjoying a bright sunny winter day.
The curling bonspiel couldn’t be held because there wasn’t time or people to get the rings on the ice. Had they been done over the Christmas break, the bonspiel could have happened, but we’ll have to wait for next year to curl again.
