The winter festival is only TWO WEEKS away! To get everything ready, organizers need help from as many community members as can help! Fun events like this don’t happen by themselves, and many hands make light work. Please look at the task list below and let organizers know what ou can do to help!

 

Curling Organizer Needed

Rob who agreed to organize the new years bonspiel is not able to take part in the festival so we are in need of smeone to run the bonspiel. A binder is provided with complet directions on how to organize the draw, so experience is not necessary.

Other help needed includes:

Saturday February 10:

1. Snow clearing (there is a lot now, and more is arriving his weekend and next week)
2. Sweeping “clean” all the remaining snow
3. Multiple ice flooding sessions

Sunday February 11

1. Paint the rings
2. Another two floods minimum
3. Cut out the hacks

Saturday February 17

1. Snow clearing & sweeping.
2. Flooding
3. Set up lights on the marina

Sunday February 18 (Festival Day)

1. Snow clearing & sweeping as needed
2. Help setup chili cookoff
3. Set up music and lights
4. Cleanup & take down
